Experience Design Workshop
Problem: Amway employees had limited exposure to human-centered design tools and the manager of the Business Innovations group wanted our team to become more widely recognized within the organization for our ability to consult on matters of business innovation.
Solution: Plan and host an Experience Design workshop as part of the bi-annual Amway University event.
Outcome: The training was in high demand, hitting its 20-employee cap. Employees learned the 5E experience design framework (Entice, Enter, Engage, Exit, Extend) and applied it to an Amway challenge.
